4. 资料如何传送

本网站本身不储存你在表格里填写的资料。按下发送后，资料会通过你自己的 WhatsApp 直接发给我们。本网站嵌入的 Google 地图由 Google 提供，Google 可能依其政策使用 cookies。

5. 资料会提供给谁

只在为你办理服务所需时，提供给相关保险公司、马来西亚陆路交通局（JPJ）及负责寄送路税的邮政／快递服务；或在法律要求时提供给有关当局。我们不会出售或出租你的个人资料。

6. 资料保存

我们会在与你有业务往来期间，以及法律或保险公司规定的期限内保存你的资料，之后会以安全的方式删除。

7. 你的权利

你可以随时要求查阅或更正你的个人资料，或撤回你的同意。撤回同意后，我们可能无法继续为你办理保险或路税。提供资料与否由你决定，但缺少必要资料时我们将无法为你报价。

Chin Hock Agency (M) Sdn Bhd (PG0180979-U), 8, Lorong Teras Jaya 8, Taman Perindustrian Teras Jaya, 13400 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang. We are an authorised agent for several insurers, providing car insurance and road tax renewal services.

2. What we collect

When you contact us through the enquiry form on this website or via WhatsApp, we collect:

your name, identity card (IC) number, WhatsApp / phone number and postcode;
vehicle details: car plate number, model and year;
any other information you give us that is needed to arrange insurance or a claim (for example NCD, driving licence or accident details).

3. How we use it

to prepare, compare and provide insurance quotations;
to arrange new policies and renewals with insurers, and to renew your road tax;
to assist you with claims;
to contact you by WhatsApp or phone, including renewal reminders before your policy expires.

4. How your details reach us

This website does not store the details you type into the form. When you press send, the details are sent to us directly through your own WhatsApp. The Google Map embedded on this website is provided by Google, which may use cookies under its own policies.

5. Who we share it with

Only where needed to provide our services: the relevant insurers, the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and the postal or courier service that delivers your road tax; or the authorities where required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while we have a business relationship with you and for any period required by law or by the insurers, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to arrange your insurance or road tax. Providing your data is voluntary, but we cannot prepare a quotation without the necessary details.

nama, nombor kad pengenalan (IC), nombor WhatsApp / telefon dan poskod anda;
butiran kenderaan: nombor plat, model dan tahun;
maklumat lain yang anda berikan dan diperlukan untuk urusan insurans atau tuntutan (contohnya NCD, lesen memandu atau butiran kemalangan).

3. Tujuan penggunaan

menyediakan, membandingkan dan memberikan sebut harga insurans;
menguruskan polisi baharu dan pembaharuan dengan syarikat insurans, serta memperbaharui cukai jalan anda;
membantu anda dalam tuntutan;
menghubungi anda melalui WhatsApp atau telefon, termasuk peringatan pembaharuan sebelum polisi tamat tempoh.

4. Bagaimana maklumat sampai kepada kami

Laman web ini tidak menyimpan maklumat yang anda isi dalam borang. Apabila anda menekan hantar, maklumat dihantar terus kepada kami melalui WhatsApp anda sendiri. Peta Google yang dipaparkan di laman web ini disediakan oleh Google, yang mungkin menggunakan kuki mengikut dasarnya sendiri.

Anda boleh meminta untuk mengakses atau membetulkan data peribadi anda, atau menarik balik persetujuan anda, pada bila-bila masa. Jika anda menarik balik persetujuan, kami mungkin tidak lagi dapat menguruskan insurans atau cukai jalan anda. Pemberian data adalah secara sukarela, tetapi kami tidak dapat menyediakan sebut harga tanpa butiran yang diperlukan.
